Do you offer a delivery service? | No, we currently do not. We offer curbside pickup, however. Call ahead (585) 889-2660 and place an order today! |
Do you offer any rebates? | Yes we have mail-in rebates and digital rebates depending on the product. |
Do you offer any returns on bottles? | We do not accept returns, however, depending on the condition of the product we will exchange it for a product of the same value or greater. Bottles must be unopened, not damaged or previously refrigerated. |
Do you offer bulk discounts or special prices on cases? | Yes, we do offer an additional 5% savings on cases of 12-750ml/L or 6-1.5/1.75L. Some prices will be at their lowest prices already, but if you remain in the same family of brands there may be a bigger discount. |
Can you order specialty items? | Yes we take special item requests. Please leave your contact information as well as specific product with us at the register, or give us a call! |
How is your store organized? | We are separated by spirits and wines. Our spirits are organized by category, and our wines is organized by region/area. |
Do you have Apple pay/Tap-to-pay? | No, we currently only accept cash, credit and debit cards. |
Do you sell lotto? | Yes, we have a scratch off kiosk and an online tender. |
Do you have a minimum purchase amount on credit or debit cards? | Yes, the minimum purchase on all credit and debit cards is $5.00. |
How can I purchase allocated whiskey bottles? | All rare and limited whiskies are sold via our Whiskey Club. Join our club for monthly whiskey events where we offer a great section and below market prices. Must be a club member AND have a ticket to attend event. You can subscribe to our club on our main page! |
