Do you offer a delivery service?No, we currently do not. We offer curbside pickup, however. Call ahead (585) 889-2660 and place an order today!
Do you offer any rebates?Yes we have mail-in rebates and digital rebates depending on the product.
Do you offer any returns on bottles?We do not accept returns, however, depending on the condition of the product we will exchange it for a product of the same value or greater. Bottles must be unopened, not damaged or previously refrigerated.
Do you offer bulk discounts or special prices on cases?Yes, we do offer an additional 5% savings on cases of 12-750ml/L or 6-1.5/1.75L. Some prices will be at their lowest prices already, but if you remain in the same family of brands there may be a bigger discount. 
Can you order specialty items?Yes we take special item requests. Please leave your contact information as well as specific product with us at the register, or give us a call!
How is your store organized?We are separated by spirits and wines. Our spirits are organized by category, and our wines is organized by region/area.
Do you have Apple pay/Tap-to-pay?No, we currently only accept cash, credit and debit cards.
Do you sell lotto?Yes, we have a scratch off kiosk and an online tender.
Do you have a minimum purchase amount on credit or debit cards?Yes, the minimum purchase on all credit and debit cards is $5.00.
How can I purchase allocated whiskey bottles?All rare and limited whiskies are sold via our Whiskey Club. Join our club for monthly whiskey events where we offer a great section and below market prices. Must be a club member AND have a ticket to attend event. You can subscribe to our club on our main page!
When do you have tastings/events?Typically every weekend. You can find our complete calendar on our “Tasting Events.”
